This is in regard to the "DNF" of the Jamaican bobsled team.

I think that the rules of the day say that they must finish the race under their own power. They walked to the finish line; therefore, they did finish the race. Of course, I may be wrong about my opinion. I believe that is the reason that they walked the sled through the finish line.

I don't know what the official position of their standing is. But I do think that "DNF" is precise. Perhaps "crash" is more accurate and the athletes and their country may retain some dignity because they did finish.
